Starting the Day
The day usually begins around 7:30am as campers wake up and head to the dining hall for breakfast. This is a great time for campers to fuel up for the day ahead and spend time with teammates and new friends before practices begin.
After breakfast, campers head back to the dorms to get ready for the first practice session of the day.
Morning Practice
At around 9:00am, campers head out to the fields for practice. Morning sessions focus heavily on skill development, position-specific instruction, drills, and competition work. Campers work directly with experienced coaches who help teach proper technique and fundamentals.
Practice typically runs until about 11:30am, giving campers several hours of high-level instruction and repetitions on the field.
Lunch and Midday Break
After morning practice, campers head to lunch around Noon. Lunch gives everyone a chance to relax, recover, and recharge before the afternoon session begins.
Campers also have a little downtime after lunch before heading back out to the fields.
Afternoon Practice and NFL Guest Appearances
The afternoon practice session usually runs from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. This is often one of the most exciting parts of the day because many of our NFL guest coaches and professional players attend during this session.
Campers get the opportunity to learn from players who have competed at the highest level of football. After practice, we usually set aside time for autographs and pictures, giving campers a chance to meet some of their favorite football players and create lasting memories.
Dinner and Evening Practice
Dinner is served around 5:00pm before campers prepare for the final practice session of the day.
The evening practice runs from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and is another opportunity for campers to compete, improve, and showcase what they have learned throughout the day.
By the end of the evening session, campers have spent the day learning new skills, competing with athletes from around the country, and building confidence on and off the field.
Evening Recreation and Dorm Life

After the final practice, our commuter campers head home for the evening while overnight campers settle into one of the most fun parts of camp life.
For campers who preordered pizza, this is when pizza is delivered to the camp store. Recreation time also begins after practice. Campers can relax in the dorm lounges, play basketball, spend time with friends, and enjoy the full overnight camp experience.
These evening activities are often where friendships are built and some of the best camp memories are made.
More Than Just Football
While football is the main focus of camp, the overall experience is about much more than just practices and drills. Campers have the opportunity to meet new friends, learn from outstanding coaches and players, and experience what it is like to live and train like a college athlete.
Every day at camp is busy, exciting, and designed to help campers improve both on and off the field.
