Can Oregon contend with the mighty SEC?
SEC or PAC-10 Football?
Monday, January 28, 2008
It's no wonder people think the SEC is the cream of the crop when it comes to College Football Conferences. They have won the last two National Championships(Florida & LSU) as well as another huge BCS victory this past bowl season. However, there are certain powerhouses out West who believe they reign supreme.(See USC) One PAC-10 Football Institution even seemed to be on a collision course for the title game before losing their starting QB to a knee injury. That school, Oregon, is beginning to make a name for itself and has many High School hopefuls looking to the Pacific Northwest to continue their football careers in Eugene.
